it was really goood jonestly. I just wish i knew that the tuiton reimbursement only applied if you studied the same department that you worked. so u cant study just anything and get tuiton reimbursement.
They offer a very generous, comprehensive benefits package.
The worst thing about the benefits package is that they require you to use their Doctors and you still have pay 10%, as well as 20 to 30% if you use Doctors out of network.
There are many many good benefits such as access to the John's Hopkins Federal Credit Union, once you join, you can remain a member even if you no longer continue to work for John's Hopkins. There are many discounts that employees are offered. You have access to medical, pto, and vacation days even as a part time employee as well.
Tuition reimbursement $5500/year Health insurance around $200 biweekly for a family. Plus deductibles and lots of copays. Must go to hopkins facilities which are severely overbooked. For prenatal care be prepared to never see the same doctor. No continuity of care.
