10.5% to 401k/403b. 9 holidays (two new ones as of December 2020), 1 personal day, 15 vacation (increases a little with seniority and years at lab), 7 sick days. At discretion of supervisor, can rollover excessive hours in a pay period to the next two pay periods.

401k and education benefits are great. Tuition at for any school or program related to your work is paid in full up front.
Best part is matching retirement benefits, if you contribute at least 4% of your salary, they will contribute up to 10.5%
The 401k match is incredible, in addition to the support for furthering education. I know that APL values their employees based on the generous benefits given.
