Tuition benefits are unheard of. You get 100% PRE-PAID tuition covered for up to 24 credits per academic year, and you can choose any university. It doesn’t need to be Johns Hopkins. You can take evening masters classes directly at APL if you wanted to go through John Hopkins, and a lot of JHU professors are full-time APL employees. PhD benefits include prepaid tuition + 200 ADDITIONAL paid time off per year during your PhD dissertation phase. That’s an additional 5 weeks of paid time off on top of what you’re already getting.
503(b) matching and contributions are incredible. Unparalleled by any other company I know. Education benefits, too. They will pay for a full degree without contractual obligations.
The benefits are really good. Comprehensive health care and dental plan. Would rate 5/5 if retirement matching started at employment and not a year later.

A full move package, 30 day hotel, rental car, they moved all household goods, my car, and my motorcycle and they paid all upfront. None out of pocket expense except for my plane ticket which was reimbursed. Health insurance is through Cigma, so its average health plan. 401k is great. They match plus give free 2.5 % after one year.
