Rising prices from year to year, and less coverage as the price rises.
standard.. every year they seem to take things out and make it more expensive
I have 5000$ deductable as an individual. other coworkers I know who are older have 10,000 deductible. That's before ANY insurance kicks in. As someone who is young and healthy, I might as well have no insurance. There is no domestic partner benefits any more either. So go get married. Most large companies have decent health benefits. Not this one. Ours went from being one of the best in Chicago, to one of the worst for a tech company.
The best thing is the health insurance.
Very affordable health plan. Never had a single problem with a clinic not accepting the insurance.

Worst thing is you pay $9,000 out of pocket before any insurance kicks in. What is the point of paying for insurance with this stipulation?
Costs are increasing to employees greatly and the out of pocket has tripled in last 3 years to the employees. Part of this is overall health care, but I think the company could do better by their employees with a little effort to find a less "easier" option for the company in order to provide a better benefit to the employees.
