Pros: The best part is probably the vacation/PTO however the HSA is good too because they give you a substantial amount just to open one and pay into it. They also have discounted prices on a lot of different things. Cons: health insurance rates are pretty much high deductible plans.
401k, vision and dental insurance, gym at facility.
The premiums for health care are expensive. Dental benefits not available until one full year of service. You have to work two full years before you qualify for any type of vacation/ paid days off.
they have a variety that you can choose and select from but all in all go with that norm that's usually offered and they'll match as well
You get up to two weeks of vacation starting your first year. You gain an extra week of vacation every five years up to 20 years of service.
Health care was relatively cheap compared to other places I have worked
Since merger with Tyco, benefits with vacation, holidays and health went downhill
The benefits for a company as large as this one is unmatched. Most vacation days and benefits I have ever seen.
Benefits used to be great until the Tyco merger. Now it seems there is nothing competitive about what is offered to employees.
They offer a full range of benefit packages: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, vacation, etc. But the costs are increasing horribly and the out of pocket costs on the medical packages have tripled in the last 3 years.
