    We get a 401k match plus RIC which vests over 5 years. The health benefits are decent compared to a lot of them nowadays.

    2018 policy changed for 401K contributions. This once set JCI a part from other companies. Instead of the 401K match being the same rate up to 6%, JCI now matches 100% for the first 4%, then 50% for the 5th and 6th percentages.

    Large corporation with good benefits, but the health insurance costs keep rising each year and reduction in the percentage allowed for 401K.

    Forcing everyone into high deductible and HSA where everything is out of pocket Medical and RX until I hit the $8. This is crappy insurance and expensive! I guess they aren't planning on being around long enough to be competitive on benefits. Also watch out on separation agreements they haven't followthrough on bonus commitments had to get attorney. Stay Away from this company!!
