Start off with three weeks PTO, you accrue it every paycheck. Get paid every two weeks, every other Friday. Health insurance is very good. Dental, vision. Employee owned company.
There was no 401k match. They did provide 6% salary in the ESOP, but I don't feel like it grew how the stock market, especially since they were on an aggressive growth plan. Generous PTO.
They lied alot , like all the promises were not made
The charitable contribution match is good. Otherwise the compensation package is fairly average for a firm of this type and size.
The health, dental, and vision insurance is over 93% funded by JMT.
Overall the benefits package is on par or better then my peers. However, I am disappointed that JMT specifically excludes any transgender related medical services. This is despite Bluecross Blueshield Maryland's inclusion of them for over a year and the passing of the Fairness for All Marylanders Act of 2014. To be fair I do not think this is something that they have actually reviewed or thought about; but it would be encouraging if this is something they would proactively address.
Con - Even though this is a really big company, it takes them a while to get new hires up and running. And many satellite employees fall through the cracks in that regard.
Very cheap high-deductible health insurance, average 6 year vesting time of stock, HSA and tax-tree transportation deduction. No bonuses or profit sharing like competitors in government CM-for-hire field. Only 3 weeks PTO for sick and vacation time.
It is an ESOP company, So it is owned by employee.
Very good health benefits. Average 401k
