great benefits it's impressive how the company is constantly working to improve its benefits package. Employees receive surveys each year to gauge our satisfaction level with what's currently offered. I'm extremely pleased that they have added extra perks to the existing program
great benefits, very generous insurance plan for employees
Good vacation package, days off, etc. Raises approximately 3% per year which is mediocre. 401k was excellent.
The best thing about the benefits package is the amount of time off. New employees get two weeks of vacation plus sick time plus they get the days off when the university is closed over Thanksgiving, Christmas and Monday holidays. So even a new employee would get 4 weeks off each year. The benefits package is comprehensive with employer matching in the 401 k, health insurance, dental insurance, which are very reasonable and education benefits.
Great benefits- medical, dental. Vision could be better.
University has a very good package it give to FT employees. 401, health dental, vacation/personal time off. Also part of the benefits is the tuition assistance for employees and family.
Solid 401k with matching percentage contribution, dental and health plans also nice. Vacation days vary based on amount of time employed by the institution. Tuition coverage provided for staff for johnson and Wales programs only, covered up to a certain amount for faculty at external institutions.
Straight hourly tutoring fee, no benefits but use of gym and parking space in downtown Providence. However, very flexible in terms of taking a day off when necessary.
Work schedule is centered around your class schedule. Excellent scholarships provided to everyone that makes your classes free or provides a great discount.
JWU offers health, dental, vacation, 401K, time off and more
