401K plan is definitely a huge plus. The premium for Healthcare Insurance is expensive.
Not much of a discount on health insurance and no 401k matching
It was on the more expensive side.
Insurance, while expensive, has always paid for all the care and procedures that our family has needed without issue. Expense is likely due to aging population at the firm.
Overall the benefits for staff are good. They have scaled back on the pension plan, offering the 401k to newer hires instead of both. Also, they used to buy back any unused sick time but cut that perk a few years ago.
Health care benefits / dental was good. Never had an issue booking a doctor because they all seemed to take insurance.
Average benefits. As expected at a law firm. Limited health insurance options.
Lots of vacation time that renews at the start of the calendar year, but stock trading and purchasing has to be vetted by human resources first so that no conflicts of interest arise with clients that the firm may be representing.
75 hours sick time per annum, 75 hours vacation per annum, 401(k) with Firm Match and Firm Contribution per annum, health insurance. No annual bonus and no pension for newer employees.
Great medical, vision and dental insurance. Great vacation time off if you can take it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
