There was suppose to be a two day job training, I only did half of one & they just through me right into the work, even when i vocalized my difficulty with the stockroom.

Poor training, you go through a computer program then they throw you out on the floor with little assistance

It'll depend on the manager. I fortunately had a good one and i was able to properly train any associates. I've known a few managers that don't put too much effort into training and then blame the associates.

My manager at the time, Justin Vallance, walled me through EVERYTHING. I felt like a pro by the second week. So professional.

High quotas so managers will work with you to develop sales skills... or fire you

They make you watch videos at orientation and take notes But once you start If you ask certain questions that you honestly don't know or remember , they act very rude when answering or wont even answer at all. My manager once told me that no question was stupid, then a coworker asked a question and she turned around to the co-manager and said what a stupid question.
