The good benefits are you discount and 401K.
The discount only works monthly, you get a $50 threshold that goes over to the next month if you don’t use it so $100 that month and so on. Which is dumb because if you’re only allowed to wear their brands while you work so you’re more then likely to use your discount to get shoes you can work in. Which leaves you waiting until next month to use your discount. Honestly the dumbest discount I’ve ever had at any job. If by some chance the company views this, change your discount to be used more frequently at a lower percentage idiots.
In one year, you're only allowed to spend $600 in discount, or $900 in total purchases after the discount. BUT, if you've been there less than a year, you're given $50 in discount a month. If you don't spend it the first month, it'll add up to $100 the next month, and so forth. Kind of annoying, though as putting a cap on it makes it hard to buy gifts/something for yourself. They lose a lot of money by capping the amount you're allowed to spend
Best thing the 40% employee discount.
40% employee discount on everything even sale
401k and 40% discount on shoes.
The discount was good. That was about it. It's extremely competitive so your friends are REALLY your friends.
Good benefits! The best part is being taken care of through both of my pregnancies while at the Journeys Group!
The forty percent off discount was a good perk but I did not use any other company perks or company insurance.
Health Insurance is good, offering of 401K is a plus, manager pay structure could be better.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
