Management is clueless so employees do what they want.
Health Insurance, 401k, 13 paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation (3 weeks after 5 years employment, added vacation every 5 year mark up to 4 or 5 weeks can't remember which), health insurance package is expensive and goes up every year, one cost of living raise a year, 30 cents is all, not enough to cover the increase in health insurance.
We use to get extremely good benefits but just like the management it declines every year. Comparing the two a and it shows the company is only thinking about the bottom dollar not the employee nor his or her health.
The benefits are just below what you would expect from the company. They are not bad, but a C- at best. A good and experienced person could find a better level of benefits at other companies.
None, I did not receive a benefit package becuase I was an intern.
