Company only pays 80% of employee portion of medical insurance. You have to pay out of pocket for spouse and dependents.
No benefits. They will drain you and dispose of you.
Best - those days are gone. Worst? NO benefits which is fine for me but no damn raises in the years I’ve been killing myself for this
Very limited time off, no comp days for overtime/events, 401k plan after 3 months, no work from home benefits, they do however offer money towards a gym membership and free weekly yoga classes at the office, as well as a masseuse every now and then. Sick days were included in your vacation days.
Very low salary per Bay area and California standards. No HR Manager or HR department
The worst was that they told me when I was offered the job that it was 15 days of vacation, not PTO. But when I started and read the handbook, it is PTO which includes sick days. Thought I was getting a better benefit package than my previous job, but I was wrong.
They offer benefits, never had o use them so not sure if they are that good but nice to know i was covered.
Horrible Dental!; limited everything else.
Insurance was same as other small companies. I never used it so I cannot complain either way. I wish they matched 401K while I worked there. They might have changed that since I left the company a few years ago.
