    Three months maternity & paternity leave is great. Not too many other companies in the area offer that. I haven't used it myself, but my co-workers did.

    Maternity leave is incredible now that they have revamped it. When I had kids we only got 6-8 weeks off, paid at 66% through short term disability. You were required to use up a certain amount of PTO before STD would kick in as well.
