Best maternity/paternity benefits compared to most tech companies in the valley.
Health Insurance, 401k, Flexibility, Discounts, Food.
Juniper has amazing benefits. You really are taken care of in terms of their benefit offerings.
Maternity and Paternity Benefits are very good
Good vacation, 401k, health facilities
Good benefits including 401K match, decent medical coverage options and great PTO.
There are many good benefits but the top three are health insurance, bonuses and PTO plan is the best one.
Healthcare benefits changed on 1/1/2020. The company contracted Collective Health to take care of its healthcare plans. Collective Health is partnered with Blue California/Blue Shield, which many doctors refuse, especially top doctors who have choices in what medical plans they accept. Apparently, there are billing issues with the insurance company from the provider's side. Prior to 1/1/2020, Juniper Networks offered some of the best healthcare options available to companies. What just happened is very serious. This means a significant increase of out-of-pocket costs if employees still want to use their doctors. There are severe limitations on Blue California. Blue Shield's provider website is outdated. I have a number of doctors my family uses still on the website but when I called many, they have dropped the insurance company recently. If having excellent health insurance is important, Juniper doesn't offer it anymore. It used to have excellent coverage. But, it stopped. Anyone who has written a positive review on benefits since 1/1/2020 probably hasn't figured it out since it is only mid-February 2020.
A comprehensive Benefits package with Good Insurance options, 401K and a half-yearly Bonus cycle. No Food or snacks are available.
