Best: 30% company match to 401k up to IRS limit. Worst: "unlimited" vacation policy = sometimes no vacation at all.

The benefits package is one of the best in the valley. 6% matching on 401k, unlimited PTO with manager approval, low deductible on PPO Insurance.

Pros: Unlimited PTO, flexible work-from-home, great compensation. Expensing job-related gear is hassle-free. Health plan is awesome. Nearly-free dental. Cons: Nothing. They really treat us well.

I always complained about my benefits (like most folks do, since you only see them when money is flowing out of your pockets) until I had kids. It's really top-notch coverage, with very little out-of-pocket for some serious medical costs. Amazing!

Awesome benefits if you don't count 'Unlimited Vacation' which is a complete recruitment myth.
