Great, generous, allows for time to be split within 12 months of birth

Men and women at Juno get 18 weeks of paid child care leave for births and adoptions. Juno is over 50% women, but men need the paid leave, too. It's the least we can do for our awesome employees!

The Juno Paid Child Care Leave is for men and women. It is an 18 week 100% leave to care for a newborn and/or adopted child. We work hard at Juno and as we say, 'when life happens', we strive to support you.

Many women in Process Development (seems like ~50%). CEO is very supportive of women in science. Also the maternity/paternity/adoption leave is 18 weeks.
