Really great health insurance and benefits.
Time off is generous and the equity plan excellent
In a company that is on a mission to cure cancer, our perks and benefits align with the values. There is always fresh fruit and sparkling water available, regular breakfast events, happy hours, and all company get togethers. Juno's medical insurance is the best I've had. Parking or commuting is subsidized as well as several other things. Generous PTO and flexible work depending on your role.
Juno really takes care of their people. They want the best, and have the best workers, scientists, employees, etc so they offer a really competitive comprehensive benefits package.
Best Thing: Arrive Program that supplements bus, ride share, and/or parking and a week off between Christmas and New Years. Worst: Not as much life insurance as offered as previous company.
Juno has a generous parental leave benefit that is offered to mothers and fathers equally.
Some of the best health coverage I've had since 2001.
Company perks are awesome here and are constantly improving. Juno covers all the expected things like health insurance, PTO, and 401k, but also fun one-off things like bike tune-ups if you ride your bike to work, covering the fees for the on-site gym, and reimbursement of a nice pair of noise-cancelling headphones in our new open-office environment in Seattle.
A great thing about Juno's benefits includes a "Pay It Forward" PTO which allows employees paid time off to volunteer or perform service in the community. This is a great way to promote supporting the community in which we live and work.
Juno's benefit package is very competitive with other large companies in the Bay Area. I really cannot say a bad thing about the benefit's package - very happy overall.
