You get good PTO and the benefits are some of the best I have ever had, the company pays for the majority of the cost while you pay a small contribution for dental, vision, health insurance and life insurance for employee and family.

lots of "help us reach our goals games" you get candy and pats on the back. Nothing serious but they do make you feel like something. All scores are posted for months at a time, set to insure that you at least try, unless you want to be embarrassed.

Being a part-time manager, you only get sick pay. You don't qualify for any other "benefits." At this location, you get an hour of sick time for every 40 hours you work as a part time employee

The discount transfers over to the company's sister stores so that's nice when shopping for gifts. Can't use the discount online unless you order in store but that will guarantee free shipping. There is time and a half for employees that work on holidays.

Even as a part timer, it's possible to take part in and enjoy some of the benefits (including retirement once you've worked there long enough!)

Amazing employee discount at all sister locations. There's like 5 stores or something.
