“Expensive and high out of pocket. Almost not worth having unless you had catastrophic.”
“This could change but they matched 25% up to 6% and the funds available were good if you chose right. Fidelity manages the fund and has good tools.”
“seem to be in line with the country on time off for maternity leave”
All standard insurance offerings. Bonus for nonsmokers.
The overall benefits package is strong.
Insurance was a very expensive with high deductible. 401K matched 25%.
can always speak with someone about benefits and issues
Company pays a 50k life insurance policy, offers decent dental and visual coverage. 401k 25% match up to a limit, not fully vested for 4 years
Great benifits including Paid time off, Full Medical, vision, dental, 401k match and PTO time. Company truly offers a first rate package
Great overall benefits package for full time people.
Good benefits package included health insurance and life insurance and 401K. Employees had to contribute a small portion of their insurance premiums which was taken out of paychecks.
Benefits are ok, not great but now the worst.
Base pay for sales is bare minimum. High expectations with little to no appreciation from narcissistic management.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
