Good benefits package included health insurance and life insurance and 401K. Employees had to contribute a small portion of their insurance premiums which was taken out of paychecks.
Benefits are ok, not great but now the worst.
Base pay for sales is bare minimum. High expectations with little to no appreciation from narcissistic management.
Benefit Program is has been exceptional. Excellent coverage opportunities at a low cost to the employee.
Generous paid time off, good 401k matc. Difficulty in using PTO, sales is a 24/7 industry so a week off is difficult to take.
I'm extremely satisfied with the benefits package at K. Hovnanian Homes.
The PTO benefits are good and start immediately. The medical benefits are competitive with the market. The associate home purchase program is a nice benefit.
Cost was a bit high, but it didn't break the bank.
Best part was how it was well- set up: Paid vacation, roll-over time off, and etc. Health benefit was good too. Worst part was I felt like the employee had to contribute too much of money on health benefit. They would deduct several hundreds from your pay check.
Insurance is great and rest of benefits are good too
