Up to 6 weeks paid maternity with short term disability (company pays for 60% pay) you can opt-in for more. 12 weeks off with FMLA leave (last 6 weeks unpaid)

If you meet the requirements of FMLA, you can get 12 weeks maternity leave but it is UNPAID and they force you to take all of your paid time off first. Then, you can get some of your salary from short-term disability. They make you do a ton of paperwork and they still screwed all of mine up. At the time, K12 was very unclear about their maternity leave policy and refused to publish specifics beyond FMLA in their employee handbook.
