“Benefits were industry standard from my perspective.”
“I don't think the matching contribution is that great. ”
“Back when K12 gave me 4 days of PTO I was furious (0.75FTE) but now I’m full time and Stride has a much better option. ”
Competitive benefits with generous PTO policy.
Good number of vacation days
Great benefits received from beginning of employment
Vacation was standard. Benefits were average.
Good package no complaints
Good benefits package, seems comparable to other larger companies.
The benefits are probably average. They do include a lot of optional add ons, like a Hospital Indemnity Plan and an Accident Plan that you can choose. So it's nice to have a lot of additional options. There are many tiers of dental and medical available.
The medical plans offered are too expensive for my family. The monthly premiums are too high so we get medical through my spouse’s employer.
Covers preexisting conditions! Options for family coverage with vision, dental, and pharmacy
Expensive for employee contribution for benefit
