    K12 did not provide retirement because GA DOE has a retirement program for teachers. However, when you retire from teaching, you no longer have access to the retirement teachers' health care program because Georgia Cyber Academy does not participate in the health care program for GA teachers. Finally, sick leave is NOT accumulative with K12 like it is with all other school districts in GA.

    401K could be a bit more generous but it is decent. Health insurance is as expected in most large companies.

    No paid maternity or paternity leave. Low 401(k) match. Other benefits for full time employees are fairly standard - health, dental, and vision insurance premiums are partially paid by the company. Working remotely is determined by your manager.
