Health insurance is decent and works for my family.
Benefits were competitive and what you would expect
Health plan through Cigna, 120 hours of PTO which is also used as sick or vacation time. 5 days of bereavement for immediate family, I believe 2-3 for extended.
The available insurance isn't that great, but it is comparable to other insurance offered to teachers.
No special perks. Ok 401k
The company has decent benefits.
