    The best is we do get some summer time... however, it is not as long as a brick and mortar school... but, that is ok... because you need to work on lesson planning over the summer anyway when you are a teacher!

    Get all the holidays schools are out paid time off, and 20 days for the rest of the year. Also had a nice winter break that was a week long paid.

    only fair. time accrues throughout the year and once maxed out the employee is never notified. Accrual simply stops so employee loses time if not taken before maxed.
