Benefits are OK - company started matching 401K last year. Great health coverage. PTO starts at 18 days and goes up as you move up the ranks.
Co-pays are kind of high
Benefits are comparable to other companies
Health insurance (Oxford) premium is pretty high, but coverage is decent. 401K offered through Voya, whose target plans have high expense ratios and performed poorly against other providers such as Vanguard or BlackRock. K2 does not match 401K. 3 weeks vacation + 3 personal days + 10 public holidays is standard for junior level staff. Heard that senior level staff get more PTO.
There is no matching 401K. Bonuses paid come no-where near close to what they tell you when interviewing. Bonus plan has changed so many time no one knows what to expect. Historically they did anything they could to not pay a bonus on time, and kept extending the date. There is some flexibility when it comes to working times and locations, but those privileges appear to be reserved to a select few. Management often ignores the requests for flexible work solutions.
401k not being matched; vacation days not transfered
