Benefits are getting better.. The only issue is that they don't cover your spouse medical if they are working. Company that makes close if not billions can't cover your spouse. I am confused..
They offer great benefits in my opinion, although I don't have to use them, from what i've read about them they are nice.
Health benefits do not match other modern companies in the area.
The 401k was decent. The stock options were nice. Medical insurance was ok, maybe a little below average.
