    Everything is pretty solid. While you earn paid time off in most cases - so long as it's feasible, you can pretty much ask off when you need to. It's very flexible.

    Health coverage isn’t as good as other pharmaceutical companies. 401k match is also less than comparable companies. Free breakfast on the first Friday is nice

    Full time employees get 22 days PTO, 401K and bonuses starting 2017. They no longer have breakfast every Friday, which use to be a tradition. There is no sick leave and maternity leave is a joke. It is actually short term disability coupled with FMLA, because it is a disability to have a child! Health insurance for the family is now $700+! Benefits are less than desirable!

    Benefits are nothing special. Family premiums are at least $500 a month with copays averging around $30. Only upper management recieves bonus program.

    Maternity/Paternity leave is only covered via PTO and FLMA. Company requires you to pay the full cost of your health insurance while taking FLMA leave. So your leave is not only unpaid, but your cost of health insurance is even more than you normally pay, as they don't pay the portion that they cover while you are normally employeed. Also if you have not been with the company for at least 12 months, they offer no FLMA leave.
