Subsidized (and super yummy) breakfast and lunches - hand crafted by an incredible kitchen crew
Excellent bike commuting facilities (showers, towel service, glove warmers, shoe warmers)
Discounted city parking
Extra week of PTO that can be used for volunteering with a 'mission' that you're passionate about.
Good health benefits and employee discount (and free product). Worthless 401K matching and lackluster PTO. Expensive parking! Many benefits are based on managers discretion, and non-existent if your boss is a bully (eg work from home, flexible hours, company phone, etc). Yes, you are expected to use your personal phone as your company phone.
Basic benefits, health insurance is inexpensive, great employee discount
I didn't really get much for being a freelancer which I assumed
This company really takes care of its employees.
Company offers competitive medical, dental, & vision benefits. There are employee discounts but also with other companies that partner with KEEN. Paid time off for volunteer opportunities. Vacation PTO accrues with tenure.
Great benefits - employee discounts and industry discounts, 401k matching and profit sharing, decent insurance plans and time off, an additional 40 hours of paid service leave, donation matching, tuition reimbursement, Trimet pass and subsidized parking, subsidized massage therapy and acupuncture services, onsite childcare, lots of snacks and great coffee, full kitchen on two floors There's no gym membership discounts or memberships or any kind of reimbursement for memberships you have, etc. Kind of a bummer that they don't have anything like this, especially for a company that's so fitness and health focused.
Low insurance costs, large product discounts
Management was questioning whether you should take days off or a vacation even though you earned the PTO.
Great health insurance benefits and Family Leave
The medical benefits are adequate for the individual but are outrageous for a family. had to go to the market place to find supplemental coverage
