3% 401k, no complaints on insurance and 4 months paid maternity!
Could match 401k higher, but overall good plan!

Great overall benefits. Huge network of providers and many choices for families.
Subtracted a star for the PTO program. You start with 3 weeks PTO, which is all inclusive (sick, vacation, etc.). Would be nice if there were at least an additional 5 sick days per year that did not impact regular PTO.
