HORRIBLE training for the role! Driving around with a peer for 2 weeks doesnt mean you are getting trained . you are literally just watching them interact
There wasn't a lot of hands-on training, more technology-related
Trained online and at the job
At least where i work, i'm recieving a full training course, E-learning, and on the job training with another cook. They're giving me a couple weeks of supervised work, and have been very patient! If your workplace hasn't given you supervised training, then you need to ask for it, because it's part of KFC's training policy.
When I started at KFC the people I worked with were very patient when training me. They give you time to become faster and more efficient.
This company wants to train to work in the kitchen.
The job training is pretty sub par depending on locations. Some places will teach you and make you do e-learnings and other will just throw you out there to see if you can pick things up by yourself.
All computer based with added on the job activities.
We all get training but they could do alittle better
