Benefits are amazing. Monthly perfect attendance bonus, also quarterly drawings for $1000. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance all available. Great coverage and will even cover domestic partners and step children.
401k match is average. Health insurance costs are reasonable.
For Salaried employees, the benefits offered are antiquate. They do not harp on start time, just don't expect work/life balance.
