It's unlimited on paper but in practice it places the burden on employee to track and take off as much as necessary.

KIXEYE has a "freedom plan" which means they don't question the amount of time you take off as long as your manager approves it and you keep up with your work. Very extended periods of vacation require special approval.

Freedom plan seems too good to be true. But nice.
They have a freedom plan where you can take off as much as you want/need, within reason and pre-approval and reminders.
