Truly the benefits are average, not the worst but no where near the best. Decent 401K match, and an okay ESPP program. Good bonus package
ESPP program and Health insurance options are pros. Lack of flexible work hours and work from home given the norms in valley and commuting are cons.
15% discount on stock purchase; lock every 6 months. Decent 401 matching. Took away 6 year bonus and 12 year sabatical.
