4% Dollar for dollar match. medical benefits and dental benefits are ok. 3 weeks paid vacation. Good benefits and ESPP is offered.
Only up to half of tuition is capable of being covered with no guarantee of promotion with acquisition of degree.
KLX Aerospace offers a pretty standard benefits package w/ 401K, stock option plan, health, life and disability insurance, and 2-5 weeks of PTO based on your time at the company.
They changed the eligibility so that you were not able to cover a spouse if their employer offered benefits.
401k standard 4% (divide 3% full and next 2% at 50% of that). Insurance plans are a joke, can almost get better out the market place depending on your base salary. Two weeks vacation is no longer the standard at companies that consider themselves at the High End of their business.
