Benefits are competitive in the industry. Vacation is 2 weeks to start plus 5 sick days and a bonus week off from Christma to New years. Vacation increases after 2 years with company.
WFH, flexible hours are good. More PTO would've been better.
Pros: Decent insurance (health, vision, dental), good company events, good snacks in the home office. Cons: No commuter benefits, 10 day PTO (+ Christmas week shutdown), Negligible spend on employee learning initiatives, 5 Sick days a year.
salary lower than expected, although good benefits and monthly events to mingle with employees.
Average benefits, nothing particularly special.
