Being compensated for overtime with either hourly pay or extra paid vacation time has been a great benefit
The benefits are highly competitive however they have not added parental leave as a benefit yet.
3% of salary to 401k every year. Over time is 1.0 instead of 1.5. Small performance bonus every 6 months.
The health plan is great but pricey. There are a few health plans however that you can choose for your liking.

Health Insurance does not cover dental but an annual reimbursement allowance is provided
Best thing, 3% into the 401k, even if you don’t put any money in. Worst thing is they don’t offer dental or vision.
Everything was perfect. The team work and the support too. A lot of on-site missions to get a real hands-on experience of the design done in-house
