Maternity and Paternity are great from what I heard,
Paternity benefit is not up to par with industry.
This is totally flexible and most of employee is using it.
KPMG was recently ranked as the 12th best place to work and number 1 overall for the big 4. Yet, they are still only offering 2 weeks paternity leave. Deloitte, E&Y, and PWC have all moved to 16 weeks. Come on KPMG - get with the times. This is a serous competitive disadvantage.
18 weeks 100% Fully paid
Offers both maternity and paternity
Again, they seem good about these...
They have won awards for best place to work as a mother.
