“It is BCBS, so it has a larger provider network. Did not have any cons.”

“I am able to flex my hours, so I don't always have to use PTO, but I have always accrued more PTO than I actually need and supervisors encourage taking a personal day if we are feeling overwhelmed. ”
KVC offers many benefits such as paid holidays, 401k, Medical, dental and vision health care, flexible work schedule.
Major downfall is there was no paid parental leave
PTO doesn’t feel like time off since there isn’t anyone to cover your work while away
Health insurance is very good. Paid $50 per pay period for single coverage.
There are limited paid holidays and you start out with a week of PTO. Which is far less than my previous two jobs.
401K match, parental leave plan, tuition reimbursement
The benefits are good if you are a single beneficiary. Dental is free, vision is inexpensive and there are three health insurance plan options. They have a health plan through SpiraCare (specific to the KC location) where if you are the single beneficiary you pay $3.98 for your plan and it has great coverage. They also partner with Capella University and pay 10% of tuition plus a $5,000 grant toward your tuition.
The benefits and compensation are comparable to other jobs in the industry
Great amount of PTO accrual.
Nice benefit selection with dental and vision.
