low matching on contributions to 401K
Ok but wish they would have a higher match as compared to other companies.
401k is provided with other retirement plans.
403B, and it's better than most 401K
Organization matches what you put in, up to a maximum.
the medical group offers a significant match percentage
This is an industry standard with Vanguard.
Open to many employees, including temporary/part-time employees. Very nice that they do that.
The 401K is through Vanguard. Depending which group you are employed by, you might get 2% matching after a couple years, or you might not get any matching. The funds selection is OK, but not stellar. For each class of investment (index fund, small cap, foreign, etc.) there are lower costs and equal or better performing funds available. It also takes more time for your contributions to show up in your account than I am used to. But all said, it is a reliable , well run 401K. Employees also have the option of a Roth account.
They have excellent 401K options!
