Fantastic coverage including vision and dental. We never think twice about going to the doctor if we need it - Kaiser makes it easy to take care of yourself and your family.

good health benefits but co-pays are higher than I've experienced with previous employer's plan

Best thing is extremely low premiums and co pays. Worst is that you can only get care through the same place you work, which means less privacy.

Employees receive the same care as the members except the employees pay less as stated in the pros section of the review.

5 dollar copay. Kaiser takes care of the rest.

best is the physicians and subspecialists all have highest standard of practice, wait time to see a physician in non emergency cases is most of the time less than 24 hrs, there is excellent EMR, worst is pts need to remain inside the plan unless there s a procedure that nessecitate referral t o out of plan

    Best coverage I've ever seen

there are no choices you are required to only use Kaiser for Medical and as an employee anyone can access your medical record

Because company gives credit for health insurance the employee has to pay a very minimum fee and there is 10% discount for OTC meds.

Somehow, everyone has the impression that health insurance is covered by the company. It is only covered, the first 3 years, and after that, you have to pay for it, and the cost keeps going up, and it's expensive. It's more expensive than the going average rate, Additionally, you aren't allowed to go 'outside' the HMO,. It's actually not a good deal.
