    They really need to fix this, essentially dont get sick or you lose PTO, and dont call out. Otherwise you have nothing .

    Kaiser provided paid time off, however the majority of employees in department used this paid time off to continue to work as the work load required this.

    6.6 hours per month is not enough. The holidays are mandated. Could use more work flex options, such as rotating days off, 6 day schedule make the PTO not work.
