Grandfathered employees have excellent health insurance coverage. It is a traditional plan with co-pays and no deductible. Employer will contribute up to 2% of 401k (as long as employee contributes 4%). Very competitive salaries. Great job protection for union employees.
There are a LOT of discounted stores, reacreational event tickets, etc. They give out gifts every nurses week and some incentive for a job well done. Medical benefits OK but I'm hoping for a better personal hours and vacation hours. Medical insurance is good except for the dental and vision which sucks..it's not really helping.
