They have a great health insurance program, low cost life, and disability insurance. They pay for life insurance up to 2* salary, and short term disability
Eh. not the best but not the worst.
Decent insurance at a good price, matching 401k, paid sick and vacation time.
cheap bonus , no raise
No benefits at all unless hired direct.
The health insurance is outstanding. Full time employees with less than 5 years, pay $20/month for single coverage and $40/month for family. Full time employees with more than 5 years, pay nothing, it is free. All for a standard-ish Blue Cross Blue Shield 80/20 plan, with dental, and vision. I can't think of a worst thing, to be honest. The benefits range from industry reasonable, to unheard of levels of good.
kalitta though their pay is horrible offers a really exceptional insurance package which is only $50 a month for family and $25 if under 3 yrs of employment, if over 3 yrs but under five years it's free for single and $25 for family. Over 5 years of employment and health insurance is free. they also offer free short term disability and life insurance worth 2 yrs pay for free
Just health insurance for the contractors
One of the best healthcare insurance plans I've had in a long time, assistants for percription, very nice dental and vision plan as well
Smokers are charged an extra 200 per month for insurance. Anyone covered under the insurance could be tested at anytime and charged $200 if any nicotine is found in the test.
