Kantar is committed to supporting the well-being of our colleagues and their family members in order to create a positive working environment where we can all thrive. We design and provide benefits to show that we value our people and are flexible for their diverse needs.
To offer support to all our colleagues and their families we provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme which is fully funded by the Company, regardless of employment status.
Our people across the world go above and beyond to ensure Kantar grows and transforms. Our amazing people and the work they do are some of the things that make Kantar a success.
That’s why we've launched our Appreciate program, to help us recognise the extraordinary work that happens across our business every day. Our employees can recognise their colleagues anywhere in the world who have created an impact through either sending e-cards or points that they can redeem for a wide range of experiences and merchandise in the Appreciate marketplace.
Current and former employees report that Kantar provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

“Great Vacation and paid time off. Generous Maternity leave and study leave. 2 days per year for volunteering, 4 weeks Paternity leave”
Employee Assistance Program is very robust and extended to family members beyond the nuclear family circle.
This is the first company I've worked at so difficult to compare, but the benefits seem pretty good. Unlimited PTO, health insurance options with costs varying by salary range, mental health benefits, paid volunteer days, etc. Bonuses seem limited to upper level employees/management, unfortunately.
Flexible Workplace: Work from Home & Flexible Work Hours
Edenred food vouchers are 80kc per day, Multisport card is compensated by employees, Litacka is not paid by the company, no extension to insurance package
Flex time off policy instituted.
Great 401K program, benefits, commuter comp, unlimited PTO depending on the department
Lots of different benefits from Ginger.io, Livongo, Teledoc, Rethink, etc.
Very complete, offers everything you'd expect
Unlimited fto Average health insurance options
Best thing: well rounded benefits package. Access to lots of little perks that you get with a big company. Worst thing: 401k match made once per year rather than with each paycheck
