If I could give a 0, I would. The company doesn't engage employees and doesn't care about growth or development. It's a very insular company to work for.

ESL teachers only get paid sick time that is mandated by the city. There are no paid holidays or vacations. Insurance is not affordable for the low rate of payment and you will not get insurance right away.

Best: discounts for Verizon and AT&T Worst: required health screenings each year with no provided tools/gym discounts/etc. to help achieve goals. If goals aren't achieved you end up paying $600 additional for health insurance each year. Provide better incentives if you're requiring better health.
The best is the dental insurance and the worst is that you are not allowed to take a vacation in summer.
