“Employees able to get discounts on educational opportunities.”
“Working from home is awesome at Kaplan. But you get calls all the time during your "free time" that make it so it feels like you're always working ”
“Average company pay in of 2%”
Good healthcare w/ dental, no support for relocation,
They offer great health insurance options
Benefits are fair but not great
There is medical, dental, vision. However, the benefits are about average.
Bonus' are provided to an elitist group of members that predominantly happen to be male employees. The information about bonus' is kept extremely secretive. Huge income gap between men and women of the same experience and background. Acute nepotism can be seen in IT teams. Lack of understand by management on principles of design and data science. Convoluted immigration practices that lack transparency. Other benefits such as health are standard.
the benefits are just stanrdard
Kaplan stopped allowing full-time teachers during the Great Recession. There are still some full-timers currently working, but no opportunities to become full-time if you are not already. Honestly, you need to make use of your own laptop and a cell phone with GPS (so, burning gas and burning data).
Nothing basically for teacher who are part time
Great benefits. 401k with match, generous vacation, and volunteer day to give back to the community.
I thought the benefits were pretty good.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
