All employee health benefits are paid by the company, the company also covers all employees with Life Insurance (50K) and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (50K). In house bonuses for upsales etc.. Kareo does offer a 401K plan but they do not match employee donations.
Recruiters mislead about benefits before starting. Is NOT true all she mentions.

For a company that's pretty IPO and has been around for 13 years, I'm shocked that they don't have 401(k) match. Salaries are also below industry average.

The fact that we have paid Insurance is good
Average but very expensive benefits. When you check and compare, you realize you're paying over 50% of what the rest of your friends pay for insurance at other companies. No vacation time accrued. Unlimited PTO means you don't have vacation, personal days, etc. If you get laid off or quit, they don't owe you any PTO regardless you worked over 80 hours a week.
Kareo did not explain full package benefits or who would qualify until I accepted the job, which by that time was too late, not fully explained just seemed like they needed a fresh body.
This company has good benefits, health ins, life ins, dental ins, vision. The one thing it is missing is the company matching 401k contributions.
