You get 12 weeks for maternity and 6 for paternity.

I recently took advantage of the maternity & paternity leave at Kasasa. It was wonderful to spend the time with my family after the birth of my first child.
They have a great Maternity leave!
2 weeks paid paternity leave is standard. But since there's an open PTO policy, its a bit hard to equate the two things.
Better than most companies that are out there.
Unlimited PTO makes it awesome.
No limit to it. I think that is great.
