“They offered this. I never had kids while working here though. lol ”
“It was good health insurance. Not the best, and it was getting more complicated because of expenses. But it was good enough if you weren't to sick. ”
“I could work from home any day I needed to for whatever reason. I also had a standing 1 day a week that our team all rotated working from home on. ”
I loved the benefits package at Kasasa. They really took care of me as an employee. Unlimited PTO, Medical, Eye, Dental, matched 401, disability, death and many others beyond those normal options. They reimbursed gym memberships and had a program called the Love Fund. It was a great company.
health insurance and PTO is competitive
401k, unlimited pto is the best think about the company and the ability to work from home occasionally.
Unlimited paid time off, but difficult to take given how busy you are.
Seems to get scaled back a bit each year, but the unlimited PTO is pretty well respected and is a nice perk. The 401K is matched up to 4%.
Employee contribution is higher than previous employers, but the added benefits to employees (kitchen food/snacks, open PTO etc.) are stellar!
Unlimited PTO is the best part. The insurance coverage is poor and expensive. I believe this is the case everywhere.
Best - Unlimited PTO and contribution to HSA Worst - Rising cost of healthcare
Benefits are great. Unlimited (within reason) paid time off, 401K matching, and reasonable health insurance rates.
Unlimited PTO, great health care, company events all the time, gym membership reimbursements, free meals every month, etc amazing etc
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
