“Everything costs a ridiculous amount, I've hit my out of pocket maximum nearly every year”
Really poor health coverage, dental coverage sucks, 401k limited matching, but they are giving 1500 toward the out of pocket max now as HSA contributions
Do not offer a 401k match as most companies do. Time off is accrued so you do not immediately have vacation days
No matching 401k, has heath insurance

- No matching 401(k) - Awful healthcare plan options, unless you are single and under 30 - Old school time off and vacation policies; no allowance for sick days, personal days, etc. - Don't even bother to apply unless you can work in office
Limited time off, high deductible insurance
401k not matched although will start matching with equity.
Good overall perks and benefits!
Best: you get time off once you acrue it Worst: 401k contributions unclear and even skipped in lieu of equity in the company. High deductible health insurance as well.
Minimal 401K match, health insurance could be much better.
