Best is the 401k match.
Cons - Vacation time is very low compared to other companies. Pros - The company pays salaried employees for overtime and offers comp time which some companies do not do.
Decent 401k matching (50% of up to 6%) but it has a rather long vesting cycle of 3 years. Insurance is on the higher side. Perks include sporting event ticket raffles and free parking.
Vacation and Sick Time Accrual is low coming from a big 4 but the split between Vacation and Sick Time is a great thing. 401k match is decent at 3% but not great. They do match your total compensation for the year including OT and any other bonuses. Healthcare costs are a little high, I utilize my wife's plan given the cost for a family. No performance bonuses but they do pay for all hours worked which makes up for more than a bonus at year-end. They provide referral bonuses up to $3k which is very good.
