Benefits are great. Easy to accumulate a lot of vacation and sick time, but one point of improvement is the maximum cap that stops accruing time off is hard to navigate. If you max out and don't use it, you lose that time you would have accrued.

EPO Health Plan gives access to all USC doctors
Only speaking from my experience - I think the Trojan EPO insurance, which includes all the USC doctors and services is too limited and the drug coverage is horrible. That might be the case with many insurances, but for people who require certain medications, I suggest looking at their public coverage website to confirm. Also, if you work at the Health Science Campus, you won‘t be guaranteed a parking spot on site, most likely be assigned to a lot a mile away and shuttled in. Overall, you’ll be working in a bad neighborhood with homeless encampment just around the corner, and then forced to only see USC doctors for your care. Wait times are months just to see one, and once you have an appointment, expect to wait hours in the waiting room. Unfortunate that there are few other options, as going outside of the USC network will cost you a fortune.
The benefits are the best part about working here. They are very hard to beat.
