Salary was average, 2 weeks paid vacation/ year (you got more vacation days per year after being there for 5 years, I believe), 2 weeks paid sick days, PTO between Christmas and New Years, matched 401k contributions up to 5% PLUS an additional 5% even if you don't contribute, so that's a potential total of 15%, metro card discount, and credit union.
Tuition assistance and 401K are amazing benefits.
Health Insurance was a bit expensive (HMO for cheapest option and Keck isn't part of the HMO option...). Offered 401K but matching only for senior staff. Lots of free merchandise from fairs and events for hospital staff.
The connections made can be strong contributing factors for a stable career. Staff are super friendly and provide good guidance.
Th best benefit is the tuition assistance. Staff or children of staff receive free or discounted tuition ( with restrictions on number of class credits and of course admission to USC is not guaranteed). Th y also offer partial-tuition to other UC’s.
great place to work at
Nothing, I am extremely content with what they have to offer.
Availability of tuition for attendance at USC for employee and immediate family.
Great 401K plan. 12 days vacation and 3 days winter recess. Health insurance plan is awesome.
The double contribution of our 403a & b plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
