Best - overtime pay and the ability to select long term and short term disability benefits Worst - Late night and weekend work shifts and the amount of sick and vacation time. First year on the job only received 5 days of combined sick and vacation time.
The worst part about the benefits at Keiser is that there are no benefits at Keiser, especially if you are a student worker.
I personally do not like the insurance they have. But if you stay there for a couple a years, the insurance is covered through the company.
